Unforgotten Returns with a New Cold Case, April 7 at 10/9c

In 2018, MASTERPIECE aired the first two seasons of Unforgotten back-to-back and found a sleeper hit on its hands for being both incredibly gripping and moving. In its third season, Unforgotten sees DCI Cassie Stuart (Nicola Walker, Last Tango in Halifax) and DS Sunny Khan (Sanjeev Bhaskar, Indian Summers) working to solve the cold case of a teenager gone missing around the millennium, trying to find justice for the victim even as they turn upside down the lives of their suspects, whose long-held secrets start to emerge. Alex Jennings, Victoria’s Leopold, stars as one of the four main suspects.

Les Misérables: Six Episodes, Zero Songs, All the Stars, All the Feels

Les Misérables, coming to MASTERPIECE on PBS on April 14 at 9/8c, does not have any songs. What does it have? Nothing less than a sweeping story, towering stakes, searing sacrifice, cat-and-mouse drama, revolution, redemption, and love. And stars! Dominic West (The Affair, The Wire) stars as Jean Valjean; David Oyelowo (Selma) is Javert; Lily Collins (To the Bone, Love, Rosie) is Fantine; Olivia Colman (The Favourite, Broadchurch) is Madame Thenardier; Josh O’Connor (The Durrells in Corfu) is Marius…and that doesn’t even include actors you’ll recognize from Game of Thrones, Last Tango in Halifax, Indian Summers, Outlander, and more!

Based on Victor Hugo’s classic novel and written by legendary screenwriter Andrew Davies, Les Misérables premieres Sunday, April 14 at 9/8c. Don’t miss it!

Endeavour Returns on June 16 at 9/8c!

It’s 1969, and in Season 6, more has changed for Endeavour Morse than just his facial hair (see his impressive ‘stache) as he’s back in uniform and unwelcome in his efforts to help solve the case of a missing ten-year-old girl. Endeavour, Thursday, and the detectives of Cowley Station are demoted, powerless, and scattered across the countryside, suffering the blowback from George Fancy’s murder. But it’s Oxford and there are murders to solve, so get ready for an epic season, replete with ’60s swingers, rock, opera, crosswords, and—with any luck—our heroes riding in the classic red Jaguar, once again, side-by-side.

Don’t miss the Endeavour Season 6 premiere on Sunday, June 16 at 9/8c!

A New Vicar in Grantchester? Find Out!

Does Sidney Chambers still have his heart in the job as Grantchester’s vicar? And more importantly, do we have room in our hearts for a new vicar? As we get ready for a Grantchester Season 4, we are prepared to savor our last episodes with James Norton’s Sidney Chambers, and say goodbye to a character we’ve grown to love. I don’t know how Geordie, Leonard, and Mrs. Chapman are going to adjust, but one look at Will Davenport (Tom Brittney) makes it a lot easier to say, Halleluiah, another crime-fighting vicar!

Don’t miss Grantchester Season 4‘s premiere on Sunday, July 14 at 9/8c!
